Clinical Solutions, LLC, she offers counseling, consulting, and supervision services, specializing in trauma, race-related issues, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression.Dr. Garrett is a national speaker known for crafting brave spaces to address complex topics such as generational trauma and workplace culture.
