Tierra Sydnor-Diggs, known as the “Savvy Soul Social Worker,” is a licensed clinical social worker and mental health expert from Baltimore. She holds degrees from Coppin State University and the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Tierra is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant specializing in trauma-informed care, restorative practices, youth clinical disorders, and positive school climate strategies. She has worked with organizations like the NFL Player Association and the National Association of Social Workers and co-directs Keys of Hope Consultants, LLC, and Sanity in the Sanctuary. With over 23 years of experience, Tierra has also served as an adjunct professor and co-authored a publication on transitioning from inpatient hospitalization to school.
