Morgan Tutt is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and Washington, D.C. With over a decade of experience in mental and behavioral health, Morgan has supported adolescents, adults, and families in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. As the CEO of Consult With H.E.R. LLC, she leads a wide range of services, including therapeutic support, corporate training, and professional development, empowering individuals and organizations alike.

Course Summary:

"Roots and Wings: Embracing Cultural Pride to Build Resilience and Well-Being for Black Clinicians" explores how cultural heritage, pride, and community traditions can serve as powerful protective factors against burnout, compassion fatigue, and other challenges faced by Black clinicians. In this session, participants will learn how embracing their cultural identity and connecting to their roots can provide unique strengths in patient care and contribute to their own resilience and well-being. By understanding how cultural pride fuels mental and emotional strength, clinicians will leave equipped with practical strategies to prioritize self-care, build resilience, and sustain their passion for helping others without sacrificing their own health and wellness.
